Is this for you?
Online counselling for LGBTQ+, Neurodivergent, and Trauma Support
You might be looking for therapy because you want to better understand yourself, your emotions, and your relationships. Many people who reach out have spent a long time coping, adapting, achieving, or looking after everyone else, but now feel disconnected from their own needs.
If you feel stuck despite trying incredibly hard, or want to understand why certain patterns keep repeating in your life, you are in the right place.
LGBTQ+ clients
Your identity, sexuality, and gender are fully welcomed and respected here. This is a space where you do not need to minimise your experiences or explain why they matter. We can work together on:
Navigating or questioning your identity safely.
Coming out and handling other people’s responses.
Handling minority stress, including isolation, feeling different or misunderstood, and discrimination.
Exploring relationships, intimacy and a true sense of belonging.
Trans and gender-diverse clients
I warmly welcome trans, non-binary and gender-diverse clients. Whether you are exploring your identity, navigating transition, questioning expectations, or wanting a dedicated place to reflect on your experiences, therapy is an opportunity to focus entirely on what matters to you.
Neurodivergent adults
I support neurodivergent adults, including people with ADHD and autistic clients. You do not have to hide or mask who you are in our sessions. Together we can explore:
The exhaustion of masking and trying to fit in.
Managing intense overwhelm and emotional regulation.
Unpacking self-esteem issues and shame.
Finding communication and relationship styles that work for you.
Navigating expectations that simply do not fit your life.
Diverse relationships and sexuality
I welcome individuals exploring diverse relationship models and ways of relating. My practice is explicitly sex-positive and kink-aware. We can look at:
Ethical non-monogamy and polyamory.
Intimacy, sexual expression, and boundaries.
Breaking old relationship patterns.
Understanding and confidently expressing your needs.
Trauma, shame, and self-worth
If difficult past experiences or relationship patterns have shaped how you view yourself, you can find support here. You might recognise traits like:
Constantly putting others’ needs before your own.
Feeling intense guilt or shame when trying to say “no”.
Feeling responsible for other people’s emotions
Struggling to trust your own instincts and decisions.
Therapy can help you understand these coping mechanisms and build a much more compassionate relationship with yourself.
