Online counselling for LGBTQ+ adults exploring identity, relationships, and self-worth

Perhaps you have spent years adapting to other people’s expectations, putting your own needs aside, or trying to cope with things that feel difficult to explain.

Maybe you are struggling with anxiety, shame, relationships, confidence, identity, or the impact of experiences from the past.

You might know that something needs to change, but feel unsure where to start.

I offer online counselling for adults across the UK, with particular interest in working with LGBTQ+ clients, trans and gender-diverse people, and neurodivergent adults who are navigating identity, relationships, emotional wellbeing and life changes.

Therapy that starts with understanding

My approach is primarily person-centred and trauma-informed.

I believe therapy is most helpful when it begins with genuine understanding rather than judgement, labels or quick solutions.

Together, we can explore your experiences, recognise patterns that may no longer be serving you, and develop a deeper understanding of what you need.

I also recognise that our wellbeing is shaped not only by our individual experiences, but by our relationships, identities and the wider social circumstances around us.

Is therapy right for you?

Starting therapy can feel like a big step.

You do not need to have everything worked out before getting in touch. A free 20-minute consultation gives us the chance to discuss what you are looking for and whether working together feels like the right fit.
